Once you have used up all the returns included in your package, a fee will be charged for each additional return. You can find the exact costs in our price list.
Can I switch my plan at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. Changes usually take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Can I try 8returns for free?
Yes, we offer a 14-day risk-free trial so you can test our platform before committing to a plan.
Are you GDPR-compliant, and where is the data hosted?
Yes, we’re GDPR-compliant. All data is hosted in EU data centers, and we also offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to meet your privacy requirements.
Which e-commerce platforms do you support?
We have existing integrations with Shopify, Shopware, and Scayle. Thanks to our open API, we’re also compatible with all other major platforms.
Do you have an app on the Shopify App Store?
Yes, we do! You can install our official Shopify app directly from the Shopify App Store for a seamless setup. This way to install the app.
How long does implementation take?
That depends on your shop. Many shops can set up 8returns within an hour. If you want to customize your returns process extensively or have larger projects in mind, we will, of course, support you for as long as needed until the software is fully set up and works according to your requirements.
Do you have a discount if I decide for yearly billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount if you choose annual billing (see our pricing table for details).
Do you have a minimum contract period?
Most plans can be canceled on a monthly basis. If you choose annual billing, you benefit from a lower price with a fixed term of 12 months.
