We do! If you refer a brand, you can choose between up to €500 in 8returns credit or a Mystery Returns Box worth up to €500. The referred brand also benefits by receiving up to three months of 8returns free of charge. To participate, simply ask brands in your network to mention your name when they reach out to us, or introduce them directly via email to nilaxsa@8returns.com.
Yes, we’re GDPR-compliant. All data is hosted in EU data centers, and we also offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to meet your privacy requirements.

That depends on your shop. Many shops can set up 8returns within an hour. If you want to customize your returns process extensively or have larger projects in mind, we will, of course, support you for as long as needed until the software is fully set up and works according to your requirements.
Yes, we offer a 20% discount if you choose annual billing (see our pricing table for details).
Most plans can be canceled on a monthly basis. If you choose annual billing, you benefit from a lower price with a fixed term of 12 months.
